Willing to fill a big gap in the field of trade shows adressed to gastronomy and horeca sectors, FORUM SA organised HORECA (Hotel-Restaurant-Cafe) in February 2006. Professionals warmly welcomed and supported HORECA which is now organised annually and is actually considered the best and fastest growing  professional exhibition in Greece.

HORECA offers a complete overview of all new products for the provisioning and equipment of every foodservice and hospitality company. The show is organised under the auspices of main professional organisations such as the Hellenic Chef's Association, the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, the Attica Hotels Association and the Ministry of Tourism and Culture. The excellent organisation, the innovative layout and the multitude of parallel events in combination with the intensive advertising campaign have brought HORECA to the first place in just 6 years rendering the show a major institution for the sectors of Gastronomy and Tourism in our country.

HORECA 2006: The trade show was warmly welcomed by Gastronomy and food service professionals. It attracted more than 25.000 visitors from 12.300 Greek and Cyprian companies.
HORECA 2006: The trade show was inaugurated by the General Secretary of Commerce (Greek Ministry of Development) Mr. Manousos Voloudakis in the presence of prominent businessmen.
HORECA 2006: Greek chefs' clubs organised a founding congress in order to form the first Hellenic Chef's Federation.
HORECA 2007: From 26 to 29 January, the heart of the food service and hospitality industry was beating at the former Eastern Airport of Athens as more than 35.000 professionals visited the 2nd HORECA.

HORECA 2008: 238 exhibitors with stands of high quality and aesthetics welcomed more than 40.000 professionals from 16.958 food service and hospitality companies.
HORECA 2009: With more than 45.000 visitors from 21.946 companies, a strong presence of the food service sector was recorded at the 4th HORECA.
HORECA 2009: Early in the morning, numerous professionals gathered impatiently at the entrance in order to visit the trade show.
HORECA 2009: The area of the 2nd Gastronomy Forum filled with people from the very first day of the trade show.
HORECA 2009: Chef's Club in cooperation with the Hellenic Chef's Federation prepared a huge sandwich meriting a Guinness World Record.
HORECA 2010: More than 70.000 professionals visited one of the best trade shows ever organised in Greece targeting the foodservice sector.
HORECA 2010: The trade show was inaugurated by the then vice minister of Culture and Tourism, Mrs. Angela Gkerekou. During her speech, Mrs. Gkerekou underlined the importance of HORECA for the improvement of tourism infrastructures.
