The International Exhibition of Bakery, Confectionery & Ice Cream returned dynamically and covid-free from 12-15 November with a total of 12,500 visitors, important business contacts and commercial deals.
The participation of 100 companies, the most important suppliers of the sector, proves once again their long-standing commitment to the country’s leading bakery and confectionery exhibition. The business-oriented visitors who came to the exhibition center, had the opportunity to meet up close with important supply companies of the Bakery and Confectionery sector and expressed their satisfaction with the variety and quality of the exhibits. They were also impressed by the innovative ideas and proposals presented in the Masterclasses. At the same time, the exhibitors were fully satisfied with their participation since important trade agreements took place.
Also, the simultaneous organization of ARTOZA and FOODTECH highlighted the important synergies and multiple benefits that raised for both exhibitors and visitors. Namely, it offered trade visitors of the largest Bakery and Confectionery exhibition in Southeast Europe the opportunity to discover all the latest production, processing, packaging, and distribution technologies for the Food & Beverage industry that were featured at FOODTECH trade show.
Special events attracted the attention of the visitors
ARTOZA’s special events were a great success for another year. Experienced bakery and confectionery professionals and the new generation of the industry, as well as renowned experts, took the stage of the Masterclasses on all four days of the exhibition, with a series of presentations and speeches, arousing the interest of professional visitors. On the specially designed stage, they offered to hundreds of visitors’ valuable tips, techniques and ideas and presented the new trends that prevail worldwide.
Meeting point for key players in the industry
The 17th ARTOZA was chosen by the Hellenic Federation of Bakers to hold its Panhellenic Conference. At the same time, the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Pastry Professionals’ Federation was held in ARTOZA, where the extension of the cooperation with ARTOZA was approved, sealing the inseparable and excellent historical ties of the two Federations with the exhibition.
