During the annual meeting of the Supervisory Board of NürnbergMesse Group on July 4th 2025, that took place in Nuremberg, the extension of the 5-year contract of Mr. Thanasis Panagoulias, as President and CEO of the Board of Directors of FORUM S.A., was decided by the Bavarian Minister of Finance and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Albert Furacker, as well as the Mayor of the City of Nuremberg, Mr. Marcus Konig. Mr. Furacker expressed his personal congratulations for the already successful five-year cooperation, as well as for the upcoming major strategic investments that FORUM S.A. has already planned in the Greek market and they will be announced soon. Present at the meeting were all senior executives of the NürnbergMesse Group, as well as all members of the Supervisory Board.
