FOOD EXPO 2025 was not just a trade show for the food and beverage sector, but a dynamic and vibrant gathering of the global F&B community, the largest and most influencial event yet. Like no other trade fair, it brought under one roof, all visionary companies, decision makers from around the world and industry trendsetters. It was the epicenter of innovation and business. Unique products, F&B innovations, a panorama of traditional products
At the exhibitors’ booths, new products and trends that form an overall picture of the future of the industry were highlighted. Organic olive oil, as well as first-harvest virgin olive oil, products with eco-friendly packaging, honey and caviar with black garlic, children’s organic fruit bars, drinkable yogurt, vegan spreads & dips, granola with organic honey, premium Greek gin, fig jam with chocolate , nut and seed spreads, roasted olives, semolina in zero food waste packaging, delicacies with 0% sugar, salt with roe, vegetable spreads, coffee with mastic, vegan pies, pre-cooked pork and chicken gyro products, made from 100% Greek meat, were just some of the F&B trends we saw at the fair and won the impressions.
But also more traditional natural products that covered all the categories that a F&B professionals might be looking for: cheeses, dairy, pasta, fish, mollusks, meat products, pulses, jams, pastries, pies, spices, cold meats, olive oil and olive products, wines, liqueurs, beers, spirits and the list is endless… from every corner of our country but also from abroad were presented in a huge variety.
An exhibition that meets the needs of the international market
The large number of international buyers -3,673 from 80+ countries- who visited FOOD EXPO proves its international character and global reach. The international buyers were impressed by the quality of both the exhibition and the fact that most exhibitors are ready to export their products, both in terms of quantities and prices. Finally, the fact that 200 companies from abroad chose to participate at FOOD EXPO proves that the exhibition is an important channel for promoting their products in the Greek market and confirms its international character and commercial dynamics at a global level.
2,000+ Premium wines & spirits at OENOTELIA
Thousands of visitors discovered all the treasures of Greek vineyards, wines and spirits of the domestic and international market. Professionals from tourism, mass catering, wholesale and retail, found everything related to wine and spirits among 200 exhibitors, aiming to enrich the shelves of their businesses, as well as the menus of their restaurants and bars, with an updated list, which will give them a new dynamic, as well as new choices for the customer-consumer.

Speeches, discussions, insights, from executives who have left their mark on the F&B industry, as well as gastronomic presentations that highlighted the Greek food and beverages. At the special events we were informed, inspired. We exchanged ideas and opinions. We heard about the upcoming trends.
During the exhibition, was held the 1st International BEVERAGE SUMMIT in Greece with 50+ internationally renowned speakers, who shared business insights, tips, knowledge and opinions on innovations and prospects in the beverages industry.
At the same time, the gastronomic excellence and quality of Greece’s products were showcased through the live cooking shows with the thematic title “The Greek Food Tour” that took place at the Mediterranean Food Stage. Of course, the Workshops & Seminars stage hosted big personalities in branding, F&B market executives, as well as discussions from industry bodies that not only informed professionals about developments but also inspired them.
