FORUM S.A's trade show activity begun in 1991 when it organized the first ARTOZA trade show for the Bakery, Pastry, Chocolate and Ice-Cream sector in Greece, Cyprus and the Balkans.

FORUM also organizes annually the HO.RE.CA. trade show (Hotel . Restaurant . Cafe), which was inaugurated on February 2006. HO.RE.CA. successfully covers the food service and equipment sectors of both the mass catering businesses and hotel units.

FORUM SA releases seven (7) professional magazines, which are addressed to 45.000 businesses of the wider catering sector:
