FORUM SA dynamically entered the field of professional magazines in 1988 with the publication of Z+G (Zacharoplastio-Gelateria) and through time expanded its activities by creating several professional editions which actually cover the information and communication needs of the wider food service sector and are sent to more than 45.000 companies in Greece and abroad. Specifically, the company publishes a total of 5 magazines. A-Z (Bakery-Pastry), Z+G (Pastry-Gelateria), Viotechniki Artopoiia Zacharoplastiki (Artisanal Bakery Pastry) target the sectors of Bakery, Pastry, Chocolate and Ice cream and promote the trade show ARTOZA. Furthermore, Snack & Coffee and Psitopoleio (Steak House) are addressed to coffee, hospitality and food service professionals while also providing HORECA with a major means of communication.
